Skin Care should absolutely be a part of everyone’s Wellness Routine.
Most begin a Skin Care regime for beauty reasons until they realize that Skin Care is a type of Self-Care.
Self- Care is taking action to improve one’s own health.
When one makes sure they have a good and safe Skin Care Regime, one is looking out for their Skin health.
We all want healthy skin AND that healthy glow!
I personally have not tried it all when it comes to products, as that is nearly impossible. But I have tried many brands out there, starting with basic over the counters including Proactive, Clean and Clear, Neutrogena, Clinique, Cetaphil; to name a few. All “dermatologist recommended,” but they did not do the trick! Leading me to a dermatologist to seek care which only took 6 months to get in as a new patient. Then once the doctor has me on a skin care regime filled of all intense products resulting in burning sensations, itchy, rash like symptoms that was not sustainable to tolerate day after day.
Okay—hold up, I remember one specific moment while I was working out and my face was BURNING when combined with sweat. This was a reaction my skin was going through while they had me using daily ointments; that was my last straw. I went back to over-the-counter basic cleansing washes, but never found the perfect combo for what my skin wanted.
Somehow, I pushed through those young teen years battling acne and low self-esteem. I remember having good days and bad days, as we all have.
Always having to think about the clothes I would be wearing to hide those pimples that would randomly appear on the back and chest. Young teen loading up the face with makeup just to hide pimples for the day, not realizing that is making it worse! OOOHH the teenage years. NOW that were adulting, self- esteem is always a work in progress but not so much acne!
I HAVE FINALLLLY FOUND A SKIN CARE ROUTINE AND SAFE FOR SENSATIVE SKIN.
My SKIN LOVES “First Aid Beauty”
All products achieve maximum results with minimum irritancy. FAB products are allergy-tested, free of Parabens and Artificial Fragrance and safe for sensitive skin.
There are a lot of products included in A Skin Care regime.
A Skin Care Regime is daily, 2-3x per day but doesn’t necessarily mean you use all products those 2-3x.
Some products are a daily use while others are weekly. I have listed each individually product I have been using for 3+ months and continue to use.
Some products I already had to restock, while others have lasted me those entire 2-3 months and still have some in the bottle. For those wondering
what is my Skin Type, I have a commination of Dry + Oily Skin, very sensitive to certain ingredients and the sun. Years of baking in the sun, But I’m very
pleased I made that switch and prioritized my skin health while I’m still young! The sun is my friend but also Face SPF + hats too!
Morning Skin Regime
DAILY AM Must have: Face Cleanser
Followed by daily Repair Cream, Moisturizer (I barley have made a dent in this bottle, shown in picture below)
Not a necessity but I just LOVE the way it smells + feels. I will wear this coconut primer daily under make-up, but I love it the most on days I don’t wear any make up, just this for a natural glow and look, love love love it!
Post Workout Skin Regime
Immediate Post Workout-> Acne Treatment pads; use one in the locker room or in the car, even before getting home.
Evening Skin Regime
Hands down one of my FAVORITE First Aid Beauty Products:

“Facial Radiance Pads”
I use these Face Pads right before my head hits the pillow!
Followed by: Dark Spot Serum
I’ve noticed the one spot on the tip of my nose–GONE! This bottle will last awhile as you don’t use a lot of it at a time.
MY skin as big WAY less oily ever since I’ve been consistent with this daily & that’s the honest truth. I am sort of blown away– I can guarantee!
Also, don’t let this small bottle full ya, a little bit covers the whole face.
Weekly Skin Regime
I could probably use this more than once per week, but I choose to add a Rescue Mask into my Sunday Self-Care Routine.
Ahh, it gives you that slight “cool” / “tingle” sensation, minus the burn!
Bump Eraser + Body Scrub= every woman’s Dream
I use this in the shower 2-3x per week
On the Spot Acne Treatment comes in handy during those random times of month. Must have & put on before bed.
Always remember, I do not ever recommend any product that I don’t personally love and use on a daily basis.
