ONLINE Nutrition Coaching

Four weeks; Online Nutrition Coaching $200. This does include a customized plan for you to begin reaching your desired goals. Realize it will take much longer than 4 weeks, but I promise you will learn a lot in that initial 4 weeks. This includes weekly check ins & changes are made through out when neccesarry. This is a one time flat fee, payment in full.

Customized Macros & Meal Plan- flat $150 fee payment in full, no weekly check ins

It is important you give yourself and me the time we need in order to adjust and allow the body to go through changes and learn how your body begins to adapt. Weekly check ins are required in order to make changes along the way.

Keeping in mind, it takes awhile for both YOU and ME to get to know your body on how it responds and adapts. I need you to be open, honest, and communicate with me so we can continue to reach your goals through guidelines of nutrition. Based on your body’s changes, will then allow us to proceed in further customized coaching.

ONLINE Personal Training

Customized Training Program- $150, flat fee; paid in full. This is a month-to month, no contract needed. You will receive a customized Training Regime that fits your Busy Schedule while reaching your desired goals (Cardiovascular Health, Fat Loss, Muscle Gain, Increased Strength, Flexibility, ect.)

Keeping in mind, this is on a month-to month where we can contiue working together as your goals are achieved, your workouts can be altered. Changes in exercises and rep ranges while Progressively overloading and intensity increases. I want you to ENJOY YOUR WORKOUTS & YOU WILL!

Includes:

  • Fitness Questionnaire
  • Before Pictures are necessary
  • 4-week workout split
  • Detailed exercises with sets and reps
  • Detailed Cardio Regime
  • Videos and pictures applied when needed for understanding & interpreting

ONLINE COMBO (Nutrition + Personal Training)

Nutrition and Exercise go hand and hand if you want to see MAX RESULTS. Weight/Fat Loss is 70% Nutrition and Exercise is 30%. If you had to choose one, focus on Nutrition. You can just focus on an overall healthy diet and chances of achieving your goals will be more realistic than if you just worked out and didn’t watch what you ate. Mentally, its easier to get through a workout rather than having sacrifice to not eat ice cream and/or pizza. But realistically results may not show with just exercise (Depending on caloric intake). Both Nutrition AND Exercise take discipline. Read below for Combo package deals.

I participated in Marisa’s Challenge from March to May this year, participating in this challenge was more of a learning experience for me. I wasn’t a big eater as I was always busy and just would have another cup of coffee versus having a nice meal because it was quicker. Marisa taught me how to balance life while eating well and maintaining balance. My big Challenge was I wanted to make sure I could still enjoy life by eating fun food, having a nice relaxing cocktail while still balancing portion and healthy eating while getting in a workout 5 days a week. And She taught me just that! I learned to do that, While loosing 10 pounds! I am not ending this life style today I am Continuing it and shooting to loose another 20 pounds but will be over the moon to at least get another 10! I am very happy with how far I come, and I have Marisa to thank for that. I've been going to Marisa for massage therapy since the beginning of 2018 and she's my go to massage therapist when I know its time for my muscles to decompress. Marisa's background and experience in fitness and personal training really stand out from the rest of massage therapy that I've had in the past. And as a fitness enthusiast that lifts 6x/week, that's the best combination for me personally. From my very first massage therapy session with her, I felt like she was communicating with my muscles without me even saying much. It's like she was sensing and adjusting based on the feedback on how my muscles were reacting. I bring that up every session because I think that's an incredible skill. If you want to talk during your session, she will talk. If you just want to relax and shut eye, that's fine with her too. Very professional. Sometimes she runs promotions and specials during the holiday, I would definitely take advance of that. Schedule a session with Marisa and you'll know what I'm talking about!
