Custom Nutrition Plan
This plan is for an individual who already understand Micros vs. Micros, who understands the tracking of calories and hitting macro goals but needs more coaching on a structured plan for their everyday life and current fitness goals.
Your plan will be a detailed plan including how many calories per day you should be eating, the exact protein, carbs and fats in grams are given, and includes detailed meal examples, options, and timing based on your everyday work and schedule.
Depending on your current eating habits or any limitations with allergies/ dislikes in food sources a custom supplementation recommendation will be provided for you.
This is a onetime flat fee, payment in full, no refunds, no commitment w/ coach just to SELF.
Customized Nutrition Coaching
This is a 3-month commitment. Understand we need a lot longer than just a month to educate and coach you how to live a healthy life, the sustainable way. You will never have to seek out for another "diet" to follow, feeling restricted, deprived and/ or defeated. The coaching that happens throughout the entire 12 weeks is a process for you to understand and allow yourself to adapt as we focus on creating habits that fit into your everyday life.
This includes 1:1 weekly consult with the nutritionist and expert himself; Donny. During Donny's nutrition consults he breaks down everything from what we think to be basics but bringing the science behind it all. Starting with the understanding of Food First, Supplements Second. We focus on coming up with a plan for you utilizing whole foods to feed your body to function at its best both mentally and physically through micronutrients and macronutrients. Learning the specifics on protein, carbs, and fats and why your body needs all three to function. You are taught which ones to focus on eating and which ones to stay away from. Don’t you want to know WHY you should eat more of this food over that food? Learn the whys to each food source and you may impress yourself with wanting to eat more of those foods! You start off with portion control and logging which will lead you to tracking to eat with flexibility while you maintain a healthy life. This coaching is for you to learn and live how to achieve sustainable success and enjoy your life guilt and diet free!
Macro Coaching
Many of us have tried tracking macros or at least have heard of it. Those that have tried counting calories and tracking macros either enjoy it and don’t mind it OR completely hate it and refuse to do it again. From a coach’s perspective its usually because the individuals did not give themselves the patience to learn how to use the tracking device and/ or did not know exactly what food sources to eat to stay within their calories and macro ranges. If you are beginner, perhaps Customized Nutrition Coaching or the Custom Nutrition Plan (explained above) is a better ROUTE for you to start.
Tracking Macros can be for anyone depending on the efforts one wants to put in. This is by far the most affordable Nutrition Route we offer because we offer it for FREE to all premium users inside the 1st Phorm app during the TransPHORMation Challenges. These Challenges happen 4x per year (dates slightly change, so be on the look out always or reach out to let me know you want to be IN in the upcoming Challenge)

Accountability coaching
*Prerequisite required from participating in one of the TransPHORMation 1st Phorm challenges.
This is offered for any individual who has completed a 1st phorm challenge and is still a premium user inside the app. All the coaching and messaging takes place directly inside the app.
Most utilize this coaching tool in between challenges to continue achieving their goals. Weekly check ins will continue but be a requirement in order to continue making daily tweaks every day inside the app based on their input of food logs.

Customized Training Program- $150, flat fee; paid in full. This is a month-to month, no contract needed. You will receive a customized Training Regime that fits your Busy Schedule while reaching your desired goals (Cardiovascular Health, Fat Loss, Muscle Gain, Increased Strength, Flexibility, ect.)
Keeping in mind, this is on a month-to month where we can contiue working together as your goals are achieved, your workouts can be altered. Changes in exercises and rep ranges while Progressively overloading and intensity increases. I want you to ENJOY YOUR WORKOUTS & YOU WILL!
