Dietary Supplements include vitamins, minerals, herbs, amino acids, and enzymes. These supplements can be formed in powders, liquids, capsules, tablets, soft gels, gel caps, etc.. There are a ton of different brands and kinds out on the market, so ideally how do we know which ones are THE BEST ones to take? Lowers inflammation in the body and helps with insulin sensitivity. The importance of Taking a proper, quality fish oil supplement will dictate the ratio between both EPA and DHA within. If your nutrition regime does not contain daily meals of oily fish, supplementation will be necessary to fill in those gaps. Plays a role in fat loss, joint health, and brain health
Overall, Most fish oils out there contain quite a bit of Omega 3’s but do not contain the right amount of specifically EPA & DHA

I add in 1/2- 1 full scoop depending on my need for fiber that specific day (Great example of what and how a supplement is used)

Magnesium aka natural muscle relaxer
*I take one scoop after my last meal of the day (7/8 PM) mixed with water.
If I haven’t had my health stack and its dinner time, I’ll then add in one scoop of magnesium to the heath stack.
Recommended dosage is: 420 mg (1 scoop). I personally like 600 mg (approx. 1.5 scoops) I find it helps me get a deeper sleep, rather than relying on melatonin.
I personally would not take 800 mg or more unless Dr.’s orders, you are clogged (poo) and/or you’ll be by the toilet the following day.
Glucose Disposal Agent
The carbs we eat daily are digested and turned into sugar. Therefore, GDA helps the body absorb the carbs better keeping blood sugar levels stabilized so when we eat a meal with carbs, the body will use the food as fuel to maintain / build muscle.
I would advise 1 pill if meal is about 25 grams of carbs and 2 pills if meal is around 50 grams. On a regular basis I typically have 1 pill with the meal and on a treat/cheat meal like pizza, sushi or burgers& fries I’ll make sure to have 2 pills
I HIGHLY suggest anyone with PCOS add GDA to their regime. PCOS affects insulin levels in which GDA can help balance insulin!
POST WORKOUT NATURAL WHEY PROTEIN POWDER

*I’m not a huge fan on the “Peanut Butter Lover” even though I AM a lover on peanut butter, the taste of “Powered PB2 I don’t like, this is like that taste.
