Below is a list of supplements in which I use on a daily. Believe it or not, you may think this is a lot to take on a daily but my list use to be longer! Recently, I have been able to modify and go through what my body truly needs. I have found that these supplements are what my body needs to help function, fight against anything that may attack my immune system, as well as help maintain and improve my overall healthy living.
My Daily Dose Supplements as follows:
Everyone MUST take a Multi vitamin! (These are capsuled not PILLS, so these are easily digested, and body can absorb the FULL multi vitamin)
They have one for Male vs. Females and even one for KIDS!!!
*I take this with Meal 1
If you are taking any sort of medicine what so ever, you should be taking this supplement

This specific Fish oil contains the proper amount of EPA and DHA you should be in taking to get the FULL benefit of Fish oil within the serving size of the two pills (where as other brands out on the market you need to overdose from what their label is telling you JUST to intake the right amount of the EPA/DHA)
Overall, Most fish oils out there contain quite a bit of Omega 3’s but do not contain the right amount of specifically EPA & DHA
