They say “April Showers, bring May flowers” but I’m not talking about those kinds of greens, I’m talking about Opti Greens 50!

However, throughout the seasons of Spring and Summer I tend to eat much less leafy greens and I DO intake the full serving size of Opti-Greens 50; which is the 2 scoops per day. This is because as I’ve shared with you above—eating greens for volume is great, but the bloating gassy feeling isn’t so great. So, combine that feeling with beach days, pool sides, tank tops and shorts.
