THE GOAT for post workout nom noms!
Ingredients:
1 Cup (84g) Phormula-1 Magical Charms
6 Cups (211g) Rice Krispies Cereal
6 Cups (11 ounces) mini marshmallows
3 TBSP (44g) Coconut oil
Lucky Charms (just picked out marshmallows for fun decor add on top)
Depending on serving size depends on how big you want each serving to be and what tin you use.
The pan I used was X and I cut it up to make 20 pieces/servings.
Each serving is 110 calories/ 4g Protein/ 19g Carbs/ 2g Fats
Steps to make:
Low heat; coconut oil on stove top
Add marshmallows to oil *Pro tip using mini marshmallows will take less time since should be constantly mixing to melt rather than burn
Remove marshmallow from heat; Add protein and mix
Have Rice Krispy cereal separate in a LARGE bowl (I use a large plastic popcorn bowl)
Than pour the marshmallow cream on top of the rice cereal
*save lucky charms marshmallows to place on top
Spread over pan, cool 15 mins, cut into squares
