How I start every single day — Protein Coffee
No better way to start the day, with 15-20 grams of protein!
Here is my Coffee Latte High Maintenance Recipe below:
Black Coffee (I prefer Peet's) Splash Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk ½ scoop French Vanilla Collagen (During holiday season look out for peppermint mocha; its bomb!) ¼ scoop of Level-1 Caramel Latte
I say high maintenance because I do both the Collagen and Caramel latte, that is where the vary protein 15-20 grams comes from. Some of my clients just do 1 full scoop of collagen, where others will do ½- 1 full scoop of the Caramel Latte Level-1 only; I prefer a combo of the two.
PRO Tip- Must mix protein w/ coffee using a frother

As I begin my day with Protein Coffee, I end my day with Protein Fudge… (for the last 9? Years)
Here is THE Chocolate PB Protein Fudge EASY Recipe:
1 full scoop Level-1 Milk Chocolate Protein Powder 1-2 TBSP Nut butter (Peanut butter, Almond butter, Cashew Butter, Sunflower Butter, whatever nut butter you desire) Approx. 1-2 ounces of Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk (You will splash and then mix powder & nut butter, continue to splash & mix until you get a fudge like texture)
PRO Tip- Make around dinner time, and place in the fridge until you eat your last meal/snack before bed
A completely different fudge like texture from the fridge.
Another part of my nighttime routine. Mixing up Magnesium powder with my last meal of the day, and or I may combine it with my daily Health Stack
